Archaeopteryx, an early bird with dino-like features, had hollow bones.

Scientists speculate that giant sauropod (long-neck) dinosaurs used their tails like a giant bull-whip, possibly to communicate with other dinosaurs.

Spinosaurus aegypticus is the longest carnivourus dinosaur known and grew to around 56 feet head to tail.

Dinosaurs once lived in cold polar regions. Fossils have been found in Alaska and a part of Australia that was within the Antarctic circle during the Cretaceous.  

Dwarf dinosaurs have been discovered in an area of Romania that was once a series of islands.
